Shipping policy
Please expect a 2-3 business week of a turnaround time for custom orders, upon payment. (Unless otherwise stated) Please note that I will notify you AFTER I have finished your order and I will ship it the next business day. A tracking number will be provided upon request.
RTS vs. Custom Orders
RTS (Ready to Ship) are items that are finished, do not have any adjustments added, and are ready to be sent out within 3-5 business days. These items include: finished bows, headbands, earrings, and pre-printed shirts.
Custom Orders are items that need to be worked on and are not ready on the website. These orders are expected to be sent out within 2-3 business weeks. These items include: pre-order shirts, items to be printed pressed on, headbands that need resizing, or any item that needs adjustments/ customization.
Shipping Prices
- Shipping starts from $5.00 (regular business days 3-5)
- Priority Shipping starts at $8.00 (2-3 day shipping)
- Shipping for up to 7 bows/ headbands is a flat rate of $5.50.
- Shipping for 1 shirt is $5.50, 2 shirts are $6.50.
- Porch Pick- Up is available if you are local. Please select in person pick up at check out.
Packaging
- If your items are flat such as a shirt, headband or earrings, it will ship in a poly mailer.
- If your items are bulky such as bows, it will ship in a small cardboard box.
- If your item is picked up in person, your item will be available on our front porch in a kraft paper bag.
